Shipping within Japan
Flat rate ¥600 (tax included)
Free shipping on orders of ¥15,000 (tax included) or more

Shipping area
We currently ship to addresses in Japan only. We do not ship overseas.

Shipping method
Domestic orders are shipped by Yamato Transport (Nekopos, TA-Q-BIN Compact or TA-Q-BIN, depending on size). We choose the shipping method.

Estimated delivery time
Within Japan: about 1–2 business days after shipment

Shipping notification
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Pre-order items
Items marked "[Pre-order]" are shipped in order from the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. If you order pre-order items together with in-stock items, everything ships once all items are available.
